Is NextLOAD® free?
NextLOAD is a free, private load board exclusive to Apex factoring clients. It is also free for brokers to post loads. To learn more about posting loads to NextLOAD, visit this page and fill out the form to contact our team.
How to create a NextLOAD® account
NextLOAD is moving to a private platform. After Monday, October 13, 2025, only active Apex factoring clients will have access to NextLOAD. Apex clients can log in to NextLOAD using their Apex Capital credentials. To learn about factoring with Apex and NextLOAD access, click here.
How do I find loads?
When you log in to NextLOAD, you’ll be on our “search loads” screen. You can search by origin, destination, add alternate destinations, and set radius preferences. You can also search by company name and equipment type. There is a recent search tab that allows you to view all your recent searches. Plus, you can pin your favorite recent searches to always appear at the top of the section, with a preview of the new loads that have been added since your last login.
How to post loads on NextLOAD
All available freight is posted on NextLOAD through a TMS or direct integration. To apply to post loads on NextLOAD, fill out the form on this page to get in touch with our team.
What TMS Integrations does NextLOAD have?
Currently, you can post loads to NextLOAD through the following TMS platforms:
- Ascend
- McLeod Software
- TransportPro
- Keypoint
How do I book a load to haul?
To haul or inquire about a load, contact the broker or shipper listed. Click the posted load for details and contact information.
How can I save on fuel?

What types of freight are on NextLOAD®?
Any type of freight can be posted on NextLOAD; however, the primary types you will find are dry van, refrigerated, and flatbed freight. You can search for freight based on equipment type, including power only, hot shot, step deck, and much more.
How do I check credit?
If a broker or shipper has established credit with Apex Capital, a freight factoring company, a small blue chevron will appear in the "credit" column. Apex clients can check for specific credit information in their client account on AMP or the Apex Mobile Factoring app.
How fast are new loads available on NextLOAD®?
Newly available loads are automatically updated in near real-time. Unlike other load boards, we don't charge you extra for this feature.
Do loads get removed from NextLOAD®?
Yes, loads are removed from NextLOAD. All loads are posted to NextLOAD through integrations with a TMS system, loads are removed from the board once they are no longer available. If you do happen to come across expired loads, please contact support@nextload.com
Why are rates not listed with every load?
Not every broker or shipper puts a rate with the available loads they post because they want you to call them directly to negotiate a rate and determine if you want to haul the freight for them.
What if I forget my NextLOAD® password?
On the Sign-in page, click "Forgot Password?" below the password box. Enter your email address and you'll receive an email with instructions to reset your password.
How many people can use my account?
Only one person can use and have access to a NextLOAD account. Two factor authentication prevents more than one person from using the same account. This helps create a more secure platform for companies to use.
What does “age” mean on each load?
The age of an available load is how long ago the load was posted to NextLOAD. Available loads refresh in near real-time, so the age will go from seconds to minutes, hours, days, weeks and months.
I’m an Apex factoring client. How do I log into NextLOAD®?
Apex clients should log in to NextLOAD with their Apex website credentials or log in directly to the Apex factoring site and navigate to NextLOAD from the dashboard.
